If something does not meet our standard, we make it right or we do not sell it. We will gladly provide the results of that inspection to you upon request.

Yes. Our 7-Day Cashback Promise lets you return an eligible pre-owned vehicle within 7 days of purchase for 100% of your money back, no questions asked. The vehicle needs to have been driven 500 miles or less and come back in the same condition as when you purchased it. Original trade-in vehicles may not be returned.

What is a 151-point inspection?

It is a comprehensive check of 151 individual items on a pre-owned vehicle, performed by our ASE and manufacturer-certified technicians before the vehicle is offered for sale. We look at the engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical system, tires, and the condition inside and out. We will gladly provide the results to you upon request.

What does Casa Lifetime Powertrain Protection cover?

It is a limited warranty on qualifying vehicles that protects the essential components of your powertrain, including the engine, transmission, drive axle, and turbocharger. You will need to keep up with the manufacturer's scheduled maintenance to maintain eligibility. See dealer for complete details, exclusions, and limitations.

Is the 1-year complimentary maintenance really included?

Yes, on eligible vehicles. Your scheduled oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections are covered for the first year, whether the service is performed at Casa Chevrolet of Prescott or any Casa location. There is nothing extra to buy.

How does the GPS location feature work?

Eligible vehicles are equipped with a GPS locating device intended for theft recovery. Your sales consultant will go over how it works and what is included before you complete your purchase.

Does the Casa Advantage apply to new vehicles too?

Some benefits apply to both new and pre-owned vehicles and some are for pre-owned only. The 7-Day Cashback Promise and the 151-point inspection apply to eligible pre-owned vehicles. Ask your sales consultant which Casa Advantage benefits come with the vehicle you are looking at.
