The oil level was grossly overfilled. The engine requires 4.2 quarts and 6 quarts were added. It appears to have been an error in the computer program for the technicians who do the oil changes, or so I was told. The quality of work i would expect from the dealer that I bought this car from and that prides itself with specialized service has been disappointed extremely.

Well my $220 car wash..... I came into service my 2013 silverado Previously serviced and was requesting warranty work. I Told service guy "J" That my plugs were bad (previous service replaced by lamb chevy) and had check engine light code p0301. Rough idol. Well the Casa chevy service tech never checked my plugs! So "J" wrote an estimate for "other problems" $1,000s. I refused the work and went to get a second opinion. They looked at damaged plugs, got the engine code information and gave me an estimate for $1,000s. I took my truck back to Casa chevy and showed "J" the pictures of the damaged plugs. He respond by having tech take another look. Well yes plugs were damaged but was not going to warranty their work. So I left. "J" told me there were warning lights on. Well Yes there were. But there were 3 NEW warning lights not previously on. RED "BRAKE" LIGHT. ABS and Service brake control. Sorry but I had to write to him and tell about MY new problems. He said bring it back in and we'll have to look at it. I said NO. If i bring it in again...what next tires will fall off?? Kurt ...unhappy customer....

Been doing business at this establishment since 2010 with prior vehicle. However, I'm leave a separate comment in regards to when I purchased the current vehicle that I have back in September, 2022. At no given time was I ever received a photo of purchasing the vehicle at the time when I did, or any type of follow up on how the vehicle was running, or if there was any questions or concerns? I realize that up to this point now it's been several years past this but I still would like to point that out since I do business quite a bit at this establishment I would at least want to be treated like any other person in the same sense of being respected and appreciated.

The 5 Stars is ONLY for the service advisor, Caleb. Work quality and followup from service manager, POOR. Had a long trip planned in 2 days. Noticed fluid leak on my 2024 Silverado Duramax. Caleb got me right in. No-one was bumped from schedule, I just got lucky and there was an opening at that moment. Same day repair and picked up truck. Got home, looked under truck to make sure the oil mess was cleaned up and it was. But, what I saw was unbelievable. The 2 brackets and the 4 bolts securing the U-Joint on the drive shaft that attaches the transfer case to the front differential were visibly loose. All were held on by maybe two threads on each bolt.I called service, Caleb, at 5:28. No answer. Called again got another adviser who said Caleb had gone for the day. I said I need to talk to him because I have bolts falling off my front end from the work you just did. He was able to get a hold of Caleb who in turn called me. He tried to contact service manager for guidance with no luck. He tried to contact service managers boss, again no luck. At my recommendation, I tightened the bolts and brought truck back to the dealer the next morning at 8Am. Mind you, saving the dealership a tow bill. Truck was taken directly to repair area and I waited in the lobby. Truck was fixed w/in an hour. I was assured all was good and it was. I understand that things happen but, If I hadn't look under the truck , I can't begin to imagine the amount of damage this would have caused when that shaft let go. Damage the dealership would be paying plus a loaner truck for my trip. Knowing this, do you think I got a visit from the service manager while I was waiting? how about a followup call after I left? NOPE, NADA, NOTHING. No manager saying sorry this happened, Caleb did. No manager saying, hey sorry for the inconvenience how about the next one or two services will be on us. Which a couple of oil change services would maybe cost them $200 max. Again , I get things happen and we are human so mistakes will happen. But this could have possible been a very serious issue depending on the speed when this shaft came loose, and believe me it would have come loose. The lack of concern by management is a concern! What a surprise when I received a call the next day (Friday) and Jared told me I could come in and pick my truck up. Jared called around to find a part locally so I wouldn't be without my truck over the long holiday weekend.

For 2 1/2 years I have been returning for service for the same item; an alert on my dash "service driver assistance system". At first I was told that it needed a "soft ware update" that GM had not released. Then it needed sensors in the driver's seat replaced. Then it could not be updated because internet was down. Then it be would not update and was referred to GM tech support. Then tech support did not get back. Then service person was on hold for two hours until tech support reported that their was a problem with the sensors in my front bumper. Then the front bumper had to be removed to service sensors. Then it was not the sensors but the wiring due to rodent damage, and had to be ordered and replaced. Five days later the vehicle was repaired, $1112.00. 2 1/2 years after first reporting the problem.

Before I brought my car in, they told me that I would have to leave it overnight. I paid for an Uber to take me to Enterprise Rent a Car. They paid for me to have a car overnight until after my car was finished. The repair was still under the warrantee. They treated me so well and I am grateful.

There were two issues: 1) to determine why the OBD port lost power 2) what triggered the check engine light. Received a call from Chris at the Service desk asking if I would authorize 4hrs per Mechanic to track down an open circuit because they had to open the dash "pillar to pillar". Even if that were true, 4 hrs is pretty generous given I opened the dash from the OBD Port to the climate controls (mid point), and pulled the fuse panel cover off the passenger side in an hour looking for a fuse. I was told a "open circuit" was found just inside the harness on the port side, which means the dash was never opened up, therefore it could not have taken 4hrs. One way I knew is NONE of my personal affects were disturbed in the glove box, my furrion camera screen (for towing) was still on the stick in the in the cup holder console, and my little gerber pocket knife was still in the chap stick cubby. If the dash were removed pillat to pillar, all of that stuff would have been moved or disturbed but it was not. My point. I am positive the dash was never opened up pillar to pillar but was charged for it. I saw the proof. I have years of Industry experience and Taught Auto Shop in High Schools, JC, and UTI. as a Industrial Arts major, an Manufacturing Enginner. I'm just too old to twist myself under the dash. I was charged $975.00 to track down and repair one open circuit which was a broken wire just inside the harness on the OBD port. It did not take 4hrs, because one can access the port on the drivers side, by removing the panel below the column (clips and two screws), and the small access panel just inside the drivers door (clips). Finally, I was the upstream O2 sensor that triggered the check engine light. I was quoted $750 for the O2 sensor, and one hr labor at $220/hr. I bought a OEM sensor online for $400 shipped and even at 73 yrs and working on the ground I will have it in in less than an hour with a savings of $470 without the inconvenience of leaving my 2017 Chevy Colorado Z1 L4 at the dealer. I did appreciate the UBER, but when it was Chevy Dealership we had the Shuttle, we weren't up-charged 3% on our credit cards, nor was being paperless mandatory. I've come to this place 6 years, and don't appreciate being over charged by line items, especially when parts are double and Shop Rate $220/hr. E.d in Prescott Az

My only complaint was that when the work was done, the tech placed the fob on Chris' desk, but Chris was at a meeting. Had I not gone over to check I could have waited for an unknown period of time before being able to leave, I had already been there for over 4 hours for the service. I’ve brought my car to Lamb for some time now and as of late, I’m not feeling as though it’s where I will continue to have my vehicle serviced. The price on the website shows $30 for an oil change. This is false information and an issue. The service people seemed to be very annoyed at me being there. I was told about issues my car is having, but if I wouldn’t have asked, I would’ve left out of there with just a receipt. I never received a call to say my car was ready, just 45 emails and texts. It’s not a place I felt comfortable asking questions or having things explained. I appreciate all the service people, but it has definitely proven to be financial forward.

I will start by saying that the work was completed properly. My vehicle (purchased from this dealership when it was Lamb) was in for maintenance (oil change, trans fluid and filter change, transfer case fluid change, tire rotation). I booked the appointment online, which provided an estimate of $857.91. The confirmation email provided the date and time that I made the appointment instead of the actual date and time of the appointment, and confirmed the previous estimate amount. Luckily, I also received a text message confirming the actual time and date of the appointment. When I arrived, I was not provided with a time or cost estimate, but was asked to sign a line on a tablet to allow them to work on the vehicle. I assumed no big deal because I had an electronic estimate from when I booked the appointment. While in service, the estimate in the documents section of my customer portal (rcvd via text) showed an estimate total of $709.12. I didn't understand why, but it was less than the original so I didn't think much of it. Maybe a special, plus I had a $50 off coupon? Once the vehicle was done, I was invoiced around $1,150 with the explanation that they are working out some bugs in the online system and none of those numbers are right. If you knew that, why wasn't the correct amount verified at check-in? Luckily, the service advisor understood my complaint and was able to take $200 off the total (my $50 off coupon was no longer applied but I wasn't thinking of it at the time), making my final invoice $949.07, still almost $100 more than my original online estimate. While I appreciate the help of the service advisor at this point in the process, why wouldn't your policy be to provide a correct estimate at check in, or even make a call prior to the appointment if you know that your online system is incorrect? How many people just show up and get surprised or pay the higher invoice without saying anything? That seems misleading, if not dishonest. I had a previous issue online (prior to Casa taking over) when I added specific tires to my appointment and was told when I arrived that the online appointment system does not connect to inventory or even attach specific parts to an appointment. I also wonder why my invoice said customer needs a ride, when I stated that I was waiting at the dealership the entire time. I am curious if my appointment may have gone quicker if it said I was waiting onsite? I was there over six hours. I would have said excellent however (3) items bothered me. Although I was aware, based on the advertising for the truck i purchased, that the truck was listed as a "courtesy vehicle" I was not made aware that the truck had close to 4000 miles on it until I was sitting in the finance office signing the final papers. The gentleman in the finance department even mentioned how quickly new vehicles depreciate once they drive off the lot. I'm not sure how much of this was considered in the final selling price. Second of all, the sales representative indicated that the "previous owner" paid for a hard copy of the owners manual, which I received. That was the 1st time it was revealed to me that there was a previous owner. This lead me to question if the vehicle mileage had occurred due to the driving applied by said owner and not as a "courtesy vehicle". Third, the "oil life" indicator on the dash is indicating that there is only 16% of oil life left. I would have thought that you folks would have changed the oil for me. Lastly, whomever drove the vehicle, prior to my purchase, spilled a beverage in the front seat. Remnants of that was left on the center of the dash below the radio area. I would have expected the vehicle "prep", prior to me taking the keys, would have cleaned that up. For these very reasons, I give you 4 out of 5 stars. Dale

The service was excellent with Dylan in the service dept.Batteries died in my HD2500 and Dylan was able to squeeze me in on Saturday on short notice.Dropped my truck off a 10 am and it was finished at 1pm.I have had a issues with the service dept when it was Lamb Chevrolet and started going to another dealership . I am glad I decided to give Casa a try.Going back tomorrow for brake service on my HD2500.

My service tech, Anne, was great and she assisted with an issue I had. However, I am not sure why the actual person working on my car can never get my tires at the same pressure. I have: front DS 34, front PS 36, rear DS 34 and rear PS 36. Really it should not be that hard. I am a widow so I now have to correct the pressures myself so they are not so jacked. If I can do it at home, there is no reason your tech cannot. Plus the other reason I will probably not return to your service dept. is the fact you are now charging 3% to pay by cc. If you were a small business I would be fine, but come on, you are not a small business and it's ridiculous.

Brought my HD2500 to have the rear brakes serviced because Casa advised me that there was only 6mm left on the brakes when I was previously there for an oil change.I decided to have the brakes serviced before a long trip. Spoke with Dylan after dropping the truck off and his tech said that there in fact was 8m remaining and didn’t need to do service now.Glad to know that Casa gave an honest opinion rather than proceeding with brake service. You did not have enough Mobil 1 to change my oil. After 1 hour and 15 minutes of waiting, Ann told me that you started to drain my oil and you did not have enough Mobil ! to complete the job. She said that the parts dept. ordered more from your supplier and it should be delivered within an hour. I had no choice, but to wait because the old oil has been drained. I finally received the car after 2 hours and 15 minutes. I did appreciate that Robert did not charge me for the oil change.
